About Artist.

Hi, I’m Anu Sharma, a passionate fluid artist based in India. My love for colors has been with me since childhood, from painting diyas and creating rangoli's during Diwali to experimenting with water colors on school projects. While my elder sister's talent in drawing always inspired me, I found my true calling not in perfect strokes but in the free-flowing, expressive world of fluid art.

After earning an MBA in Marketing and dedicating over 10 years to the corporate world, I realized my heart belonged elsewhere. In 2018, I stumbled upon fluid art, and it was love at first sight. Each piece I created felt like a burst of joy and creativity. However, the demands of work and life often kept me from fully pursuing my passion.

In 2024, I took a leap of faith, stepping away from my corporate career to embrace art full-time. Fluid art became my sanctuary, a space where I could explore endless possibilities through techniques like swipe pours, ring pours, and balloon splashes. Each painting tells a story of movement, color, and emotion, often enhanced with textures, embellishments, or a glossy resin finish.

My mission is not just to create, but to bring fluid art into the spotlight in India and beyond. While countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK have long celebrated this art form, fluid art in India remains under appreciated. Many galleries are yet to recognize its value. I aim to change that by showcasing its beauty and complexity, proving that every pour is a mindful act of creation.
